Subtle differences between Safari for Windows and Mac?

by I have tested Safari for Windows during ONE minute, but I think I have seen it all....
While I was testing a layout in progress for a new site (appareantly was working in all browsers) I found a subtle difference.... Nothing to worry about, though (sorry for the small image):

Anyway, I can't understand why Apple went online with an unfinished version of their browser. ¿?¿¿?
